January 6/17 – Peter Fullerton email to Executive asking for an Executive vote on the Internet Proposal:
As an executive, based on by laws, we will make a decision to contribute to the project.
If Yes, then:
SEAL will contribute $3000 to Eastlink Proposal
SEAL will contribute a further $2000 for a total of $5000, if needed to make the project a reality.
All resident contributors will be given 5 years free membership to SEAL
5 votes for approval of item 1. 4 votes for approval of items 2 thru 4 1 vote approval items 2 and 4 1 vote no item 3 Motion carried.
